WELL…
After moving from New Hampshire to North Carolina, I decided not to set up practice as an Art Therapist or go back to teaching art and drama.
SO…
Aside from volunteering locally as an Expressive Therapist at several healthcare facilities, I am plying neither of my “trades”.
BUT…
I am having a wonderful time creating pieces, that I hope, will help give the viewer not only a feeling of “oh yeah, been there, done that” but also a bit of a giggle thinking about it.
My Degrees are from U.N.C., Chapel Hill, and Lesley College.
My Affiliations are with The American Art Therapy Association, N.C. Arts for Health, and Artscope.
One Person Exhibitions include Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
Permanent Collections include Duke University Medical Center, Lenox Baker Children’s Hospital, Mercy Children’s Hospital, and Boston Children’s Hospital
